Exiting Gracefully

This has been coming for a while, and the time is now. I started this particular blog just over a year ago one morning. Visiting and enjoying various City Daily Photo members, I decided that since I was driving the length of the Yakima Valley several times a week, and finding interesting views in Yakima itself and the communities I traveled through would be fun, I would join the City Daily Photo community.
.
Later that same day I learned that my position had been eliminated in budget cuts. My regular travels back and forth were also thus eliminated. But we are always out and about, so I continued.
.
Keeping the spirit of the project has become more and more of a struggle, though, so I hope my few followers will understand that this will be my closing entry for Yakima Valley Daily Photo. Please visit me at Katney's Kaboodle where, among other things, I will continue with Yakima Valley photos by joining the My World Tuesday meme, and my photos only blog 365 No themes No Memes in which I post whatever strikes me as interesting for the day in large format.
.
If you are a Yakima Valley blogger interested in taking over the Yakima Valley Daily Photo blog, please contact me through my profile and we can discuss it.
.
Bye for now--see you in the blogosphere.
