I see these and keep thinking the rider doesn't have a lot of control. I imagine it is all in getting used to it.
When I was comuting to work in Virginia, I would normally see a half dozen or so bikers pedaling into Washington. There was at least one recumbent bike that I saw regularly. Also saw several bikers with kid trailer hooked on the back.
